There's nothing Tex about this Mex!
The Mexican in the Mountains food truck is finally open! After a very busy and successful weekend at the Fair, they have parked their truck in front of our office; located on Cornerstone Drive. Everything is made fresh order, and their menu serves authentic Mexican food.
